Ruby Tuesday Minneapolis currently operates 12 restaurants in the
Twin Cities market including Apple Valley, Bloomington, Champlin,
Edina, Plymouth, Roseville, Cottage Grove, Eden Prairie Shakopee,
and Oak Park Heights.
History/Company Profile:
In 1998 Jerry Ruta purchased the 3 existing Ruby Tuesday restaurants
(Mall of America, Roseville, and Edina) as well as the franchise rights
for the State of Minnesota. Since 1998 Jerry has built 6 additional
Ruby Tuesday restaurants and his agreement is 30 stores in Minnesota.
Ruby Tuesday’s is a casual dinning concept. They have a full
menu with many items, but their feature item is their salad bar. Unfortunately,
several guests have sprained jaw muscles saying WOW! and have been
unable to finish their meals. WOW! is what we promise, and it’s
what we deliver. Big servings, quick service and delicious alternatives
for everyone. It’s quality that you can trust. That’s
