process and after the hire is made, in order to help companies hire
and retain the best people ever.
We do of course; act as “dual agents”, because for our
candidates, we are career managers and counselors. Our goal is to
evaluate a candidates goals, desires, and attributes and then guide
and educate them through their decision making process. Just as an
insurance agent, financial counselor or real estate broker, we are
looking to form a lifetime relationship with them. Someone they can
trust and look for the most decisions they will make.
