Our management consultants are assigned to find
five prescreened, pre-qualified, highly interested candidates matching
the criteria received from your company. |

After the submission of candidates, the hiring
process is solely up to your company. |

The fees vary depending upon the
search and are paid prior to search assignments. |

This option does not
offer a replacement guarantee. |

OPTION C: Contingency Search
|

These searches are Open Job Orders to our all
of national offices. |
|
We Discover and Qualify potential hires for your
company and act as negotiators throughout the hiring process. |
|
With each search, fees are due upon the start
date of the candidate. |
|
The fees are $3,000 for salaries $25K to $35K
a year, $4,000 for salaries $35K to $45K a year, $5,000 for salaries
$45K to $55K a year. For salaries above $55K a year the fees are
15% of starting salary. |
|
Each placement carries a 60
day replacement guarantee.
